KaCey Venning is a Strategic Disruptor, Advocate for Our People, and Builder of Black Futures. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and faith-rooted advocacy, she has dedicated her career to shaking up broken systems and creating real, lasting change. KaCey specializes in leadership development, social impact strategy, and justice-centered consulting to help individuals and organizations navigate challenges, disrupt inequitable structures, and build pathways to sustainable success.KaCey Venning is an Atlanta-based ordained minister, theological scholar, and nonprofit leader dedicated to empowering the Black community. With over 15 years of experience and as co-founder of Helping Empower Youth since 2009, she blends scriptural insight with practical strategies for social justice and youth empowerment. Through Navigate the Mission, KaCey drives transformative events, develops resources like Liberating Faith, and leads community programs that spark lasting change. A dynamic speaker and trusted leader, she inspires resilient, equitable communities across Atlanta and beyond.
